Update: ramming system and the second part of sound changes
Today, on October 21, a fresh update has been installed at the game server. You will find the improvements in the metagame, the ramming system, new voice acting for some weapons, and much more.
• Added mechanics for pumping battalions. Now, the transition to the next level in matchmaking is possible not only by installing more powerful units in echelons, but also by accumulating the required amount of experience in the battalion. Pay attention to that experience is awarded only for PvP games.
• Added mechanics of experience multiplication tokens for premium account holders. These tokens are used in the combat statistics window and double the experience earned by the selected combat unit. The token is issued once in 4 hours. In total, a player may have 5 unused tokens. This mechanics will help premium account holders to more effectively promote the tree development.
• Changed the calculation of silver earnings in PvE. Beginners will receive an increased multiplier for this game currency, which will decrease to the total values as the number of matches played.
• Сhanged the calculation of silver and experience for killing bot units in PvP. Now they are given a full reward as units under the control of the players.
• Added damage from ramming armored vehicles of each other. If you have at a critical moment broke the barrel or the enemy is very close and your technique is comparable in mass, you can go to the ram. Damage depends on speed and weight, so it is not recommended to ram light technique with a heavier, in this case you can do absolutely no damage and thus break the technique of the enemy. Note that the ram can only be operated in Direct Control mode.
• Changed the settings when firing armor-piercing ammunition at stationary armored vehicles. After the first shot the accuracy considerably increases. After 2-3 rounds the accuracy will allow to target the smallest vulnerable areas. This is done to reduce the randomization factor at high levels and increase the comfort of direct fire. • Substantial increased a damage to armor-piercing projectiles of the 5th-6th level and a little bit of 85+ mm projectiles of the 4th level have been. This is done so that slow, large-caliber guns give more substantial damage.
• Damage of rifle and machine gun cartridges on unarmed equipment increased by 25%.
• Range of manual grenade launchers was reduced from 40 to 36 meters.
• Damage of submachine guns at a distance of up to 18 meters has been increased by 15%.
• Damage of rifles at a distance of 25+ meters is increased by 10%.
• Added new sounds of shot for Pzb39, Solothurn, PTRD and PTRS anti-tank rifles.
• Added new sounds of shot for Kar 98 and G43 rifles.
• Added new sounds of shot for FG-42 automatic shotgun.
• Added new sounds of shot for PSPS automatic rifle.
• Fixed too loud voices from hits in your selected units.
